1. Who we are
WhipKeeper provides a subscription service that arranges on-location car washing in the Washington DC metro area. Contact: hello@whipkeeper.com.
2. Your account
You must be 18 or older and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your account.
3. Subscription, billing and renewal
WhipKeeper Weekly costs $150 per month and renews automatically each month until cancelled. Payment is processed by Stripe; we do not store your card details.
Cancel any time from your account page. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for how cancellations, refunds and unused washes work.
4. Scheduling and access to your vehicle
You are responsible for telling us accurately where the vehicle is parked and for providing any access needed (garage codes, gate access, parking passes). Please remove valuables before a scheduled wash.
If our detailer cannot reach the vehicle at the scheduled time, the wash counts as used.
5. What is included
The weekly plan covers an exterior hand wash, wheels and tires, windows, and drying and finishing. It does not include interior detailing, engine bay cleaning, paint correction or ceramic coating.
6. Independent service providers
Washes are performed by independent detailers, not WhipKeeper employees. They set their own methods and schedules within the windows we arrange.
7. Liability and damage claims
Report suspected damage within 48 hours, as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or for items left in the vehicle.
8. Changes
We may change pricing or these terms. We will give at least 30 days' notice before a price change takes effect for existing subscribers.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the District of Columbia.
